Responsibilities

Process and apply cash receipts, payouts, and other financial transactions across multiple systems, including NetSuite, Formance, and banking platforms

Prepare and maintain reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely resolution of open items

Support accurate accounting of creator payouts, vendor payments, and other high-volume transactions

Serve as a point of contact for financial operations inquiries from creators, vendors, and internal teams

Investigate and resolve discrepancies, payment issues, or system errors

Partner with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities

Lead or support cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives across Financial Operations and related teams

Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP
