Responsibilities
Partner with the District Manager in all aspects of the business
Meet key performance metrics including recruiting new agents
Training
Driving sales
Performing supervisory tasks for an agency
Utilize overall recruiting process to identify and recruit qualified new agents
Increase the FBFS Agency sales force
Maximize Property/Casualty and Life sales
Qualification
Required
College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience
A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records
Preferred
Business or Marketing degree
Insurance/financial service and sales or related experience
Licensed in all product lines
FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three months)
