They are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager in Training to participate in a 12-month program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals, where individuals will develop technical expertise and leadership skills in facilities management.

Responsibilities
Hands-on training in building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Learn preventive maintenance programs, safety inspections, and compliance requirements
Gain exposure to sustainability practices and energy efficiency initiatives
Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors on active projects
Develop skills in training, coaching, and safety leadership
Learn how to balance multiple projects while keeping people at the center of decision-making
Build skills in cost estimating, vendor and contractor management, and project planning
Understand budgeting, labor management, and reporting to support account operations
Adapt to diverse building types, climates, and regional requirements
Strengthen communication and customer service through direct client interaction
Develop project management expertise while balancing technical and people needs
Manage a maintenance team for a full week, including scheduling and safety oversight
Lead a small maintenance project (e.g., equipment repair, seasonal inspection program, energy efficiency initiative)
Create a cost estimate for a repair or upgrade project
Present a building improvement proposal to a client
Qualification
