Reliability, Visibility & Performance - Drive availability and performance outcomes (e.g., MTBF/MTTR, packet loss/latency/jitter, MOS for voice) with transparent operational dashboards for executives and stakeholders. Mature Problem Management to eliminate recurrence and prioritize structural fixes (capacity, design, vendor defects)
Global Standardization & Lifecycle - Standardize the technology footprint (approved product list, firmware policies, configuration baselines, compliance drift management) across all regions. Plan refresh and lifecycle events, consolidating tools and vendors to improve supportability and cost
Financials, Sourcing & Vendor Management - Own budgets, forecasts, and business cases; negotiate commercial terms; manage SLAs with carriers, OEMs, and MSPs. Optimize cost to serve via topology simplification, bandwidth right sizing, and platform consolidation
