Responsibilities
Perform minor maintenance and repairs at the module level
Diagnose ATM issues using error logs and service call details
Maintain accurate inventory and service records
Ensure security protocols are followed at financial institutions
Complete NCR-specific training and certifications
Provide timely updates and reports on service calls
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic electrical/mechanical aptitude
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Flexible availability: nights, weekends, on-call, and overtime
Reliable transportation and smartphone (Android/iPhone)
Basic tools required (e.g., #1/#2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers)
Preferred
Associate degree in a technical field
Prior experience with NCR or similar ATM equipment
