Responsibilities
Administer and configure Aptean Ross ERP, including upgrades, patches, and user security
Maintain and enhance custom code and ERP extensions
Partner with end users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support daily operations
Collaborate with third-party consultants on historical system updates and customizations
Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for daily ERP operations
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize performance
Document system processes, configurations, and customizations
Collaborate with IT leadership on potential system integrations
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Ross ERP
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Aptean Ross ERP administration experience is required
Hands-on Ross ERP configuration and customization experience required
Strong understanding of ERP workflows in manufacturing environments is required
Ability to travel quarterly to the Pittsburgh area is required
Ability to work EST hours (M-F, 8am-5pm) is required
