As a Civil Engineer, you will lead projects, perform engineering work for industrial and mining projects, and ensure quality through data collection and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Lead and take professional ownership of projects in a technical capacity

Perform engineering work for industrial and mining projects

Visit project sites for the purpose of data collection and monitoring, performing investigations and / or performing construction inspection services

Utilize a variety of computer programs including AutoCAD Civil 3D software and software noted above to undertake designs and computations

Write memos and calculation packages to document work performed

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Nevada, or the ability to obtain within 6 months

8+ years of experience

Working knowledge of Engineering software including, but not limited to: Civil Design & Grading (Civil 3D)

Depending on area of specialization, specialty software to include: Hydrology & Hydraulics (HEC HMS, HEC RAS); or Geotechnical Design (GeoStudio, Rocscience)

Possess valid driver's license

Willing to travel by car and airplane, including travel for domestic projects

Preferred

M.Sc. preferred

Willing to travel for international projects
