Responsibilities

Work with a Licensed Architect to prepare architectural construction drawings utilizing AutoCAD and Revit

Assist in performing basic analysis of design and construction systems, planning and occupancy studies, design layouts, and construction details

Assist in researching, gathering, and recording information for use in writing specifications

Inspect sites and work under construction and submit reports on observations

Required

Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture

Requires 1–5 years of relevant experience

Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter with ability to work with some degree of independence

Must be able to work on several projects at one time

Possess above average, professional written and verbal communication skills

Must have a general knowledge of construction techniques

Requires the ability to read plans and specifications

Must have a thorough understanding of conceptual design

Proficiency in Revit required, AutoCAD skills are a plus

Working toward architectural licensure
