Responsibilities
Take a lead role in building and supporting the Building Envelope practice for West Coast projects
Manage investigations, assessments, rehabilitation design, and expert consulting work
Oversee technical work involving roofing, cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and below grade systems
Mentor junior and mid level staff and help strengthen internal standards and workflows
Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, quality, and client relationships
Support business development efforts, with room to grow in this area
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of building envelope experience
Strong technical judgment and project management skills
Leadership experience or the desire to step into a more senior leadership role
Confident communication and client facing ability
Preferred
Business development skills or a book of business are a plus, but not required
