Responsibilities

Responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical systems and components

Diagnose residential electrical issues and provide clients with options for repair or replacement

Effectively communicate with dispatch and clients, providing 5-star service to each client

Create detailed job notes in client accounts on Service Titan and provide clients with well-written invoice summaries and estimates

Required

2 years trade school and/or 2 years of residential/commercial electrical field experience

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements)

Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending

Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms)

Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment

Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations

Valid Driver's License (required)
