Responsibilities

Strong hands-on COBOL development
Must be coding 70–80% of the time
Experience with iSeries (AS400) preferred
Experience with Unisys or other non-z/OS mainframes is a plus
Awareness that this project does NOT use z/OS
Experience with Agile methodologies (mandatory)
Solid understanding of: Software design patterns, Data modeling, SOLID principles
Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing
Ability to resolve architectural challenges related to: Scalability, Performance, Reliability, Usability, Security
Strong understanding of software–hardware interaction

Required
