They are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) Solution Architect to lead FCC engagements, providing strategic guidance and overseeing successful implementations of Oracle FCC Cloud.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle FCC implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to build, testing, and deployment
Partner with client stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, IT) to understand business requirements and translate them into FCC configurations
Design and deliver FCC while providing expertise on best practices in financial close and consolidation, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and efficient
Guide offshore/onshore project teams and ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations
Manage client relationships, set clear expectations, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Provide thought leadership on Oracle EPM Cloud, advising clients on roadmap, adoption, and integration with Planning, ARCS, and EDMCS
Qualification
Required
10+ years of consulting experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion, with at least 4+ years focused on FCC
Strong track record of leading FCC implementations independently, including project planning, design workshops, build, SIT/UAT support, and go-live
Hands-on expertise in FCC functionalities: consolidations, eliminations, multi-currency, ownership structures, Close Manager, and reporting
Experience working directly with Finance/Accounting teams and a strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS consolidation requirements
Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
Ability to guide technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
Preferred
Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS)
Prior Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience
Experience in multi-phase global EPM transformation projects
