Responsibilities

You will partner with the SVP of Marketing Enablement to shape and execute WMG’s global strategy for martech, vendor partnerships, and supporting workflows in LATAM
You will serve as the trusted point of contact for Marketing Enablement across LATAM, ensuring alignment between global strategy and regional execution
You will own the delivery and optimization of WMG’s martech stack across LATAM, balancing global consistency with local flexibility and innovation
You will lead WMG’s approach to third-party marketing vendor partners across the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness, high-quality service, and integration into the martech stack
You will drive adoption and effective usage of platforms through enablement, training, and best-practice sharing across regional teams
You will partner with Tech and Marketing Intelligence to ensure data is centralized, accurate, compliant (GDPR and other regional laws), and actionable across the region
You will lead the martech innovation roadmap across LATAM, piloting new tools, platforms, and AI-driven solutions to strengthen WMG’s marketing capabilities
You will leverage analytics to measure platform adoption, vendor performance, and impact to optimize marketing enablement investments

Required

5+ years in marketing enablement, technology, or operations with multi-market responsibility
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required), with proficiency in Portuguese strongly preferred
Proven expertise managing third-party vendor partners and integrating them with marketing technology platforms
Demonstrated success deploying and optimizing a composable marketing technology stack across multiple markets
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide investment, adoption, and campaign performance
Experienced leader in cross-functional teams and adept at managing complex initiatives across diverse markets
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills to drive change and adoption
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational efficiency, technology adoption, and fan engagement objectives

Preferred

Experience in the creative, music, or entertainment industries
Familiarity with a range of marketing platforms, CRM systems, data management tools, and analytics solutions
A passion for music and fan engagement, with the ability to connect enablement outcomes to artist and commercial success
