Director of People Operations & Total Rewards

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to earn a bachelor’s degree. The Director of People Operations & Total Rewards is responsible for building and automating the people infrastructure, strengthening core HR operations, and overseeing compensation and benefits to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

Drive automation and optimization of People and Culture workflows
Lead and continuously improve compensation, benefits, payroll, leave, and accommodation programs that are equitable, competitive, and aligned with organizational priorities and budget
Develop and present people and rewards analytics to inform strategic decision-making and organizational planning

Required

Bring deep experience leading compensation, benefits, and People Operations programs in a complex, multi-site, or national organization
Be both strategic and hands-on — comfortable designing scalable frameworks and staying close to operational details
Use data and analytics to inform decisions, communicate clearly, and influence leaders
