Responsibilities

Assist producers in building pre-pro packets including subject matter research, location clearances, influencer lists, shoot schedules, booking travel, story development, etc

Process invoices and organize budgets

Track conversion and audience data across platforms

Organize footage and project files during or after shoots with limited oversight. Upload and maintain assets in the server

Gather assets for edits as requested

Build optimized thumbnails and manage YouTube long form video uploads

Build reporting documents as requested

Required

3+ years in an Associate Producer or Production Coordinator role for a digital media brand

Follow and understand industry trends for optimized YouTube long form and short form video content

Exceptional time management and organizational skills including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work both independently and as a member of a collaborative team

A passion for the brand's content
