Responsibilities
Draft wills, trusts, amendments, codicils, and related estate planning documents
Prepare trust administration documents and timelines
Oversee post-death administration, including asset marshaling and notifications
Draft probate pleadings, petitions, inventories, and accountings
Coordinate valuations of real property, business interests, and personal assets
Manage the sale or transfer of real estate and complex assets
Track deadlines, court requirements, compliance matters, and statutory notices
Prepare court filings and e-filings for probate and trust petitions
Review bank statements, tax returns, and financial documents for accuracy
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of California experience in either Trusts & Estates or Probate
Bachelor's Degree & Paralegal Certificate
Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office
