Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and support needs
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
Conduct data entry accurately into company systems, maintaining up-to-date client records
Assist with sales processes by promoting products and services to existing and potential clients
Manage cash handling transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and correspondence
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Support clients via email or chat as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery
Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify opportunities for process improvements

Required

Strong communication skills

Preferred

Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
