Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers and Solution Architects

Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a culture of accountability

Develop and enforce process adherence, including documentation and verification

Escalate risks and roadblocks promptly to ensure project success

Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget

Manage design, execution, and verification work tailored to customer environments

Drive operational excellence through standardized templates and best practices

Support pre-sales activities by providing technical insights and solution guidance

Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and success criteria

Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions exceed expectations and deliver measurable value

Provide post-implementation hand-over, training, and ongoing support

Communicate project progress and risks to executive stakeholders
