Responsibilities
Proactively recruit, interview, and screen potential candidates to fill client job orders, primarily through high-volume phone calls
Credential prospective professionals and maintain a pool of available candidates to support the company's staffing needs
Build relationships with potential contractors by introducing the company and its services
Conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluate candidate credentials, and communicate availability to relevant team members
Track the status of candidates in the referral pipeline, including client presentations, interviews, and job placements
Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and trade shows as needed
Perform aggressive follow-up on candidate leads and maintain relationships with local career centers, colleges, and universities
Research and develop new referral sources, such as job boards, community organizations, and educational institutions
Regularly update and maintain a clear understanding of client needs and work proactively to meet those requirements
Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications from candidates in response to recruitment efforts
Utilize and receive training on the company's software system, Next Recruiter, and access to LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor
Comfortable with heavy call volume and proactive in making outreach calls
Ideal for candidates transitioning from receptionist, administrative, call center, or customer service roles
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare and recruiting is preferred but not required
