New Grad, Entry LevelAtlas Molded Products is seeking a Tooling Technician for their Fond du Lac facility. This role involves working with the Production Manager to develop schedules, preparing tooling for installation, maintaining inventory, and adhering to safety practices.

Responsibilities
Works with Production Manager to develop schedule that meets production needs
General understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures
Prepares tooling and tooling related accessories for installation in press
Follow tooling best practices
Maintains appropriate inventory of supplies and works with appropriate personnel to order replacement parts as needed
Recognize and adhere to all best practices for safety (i.e. lock out/tag out, etc.)
Must be able to operate forklift within the safety guidelines established by AMP
Maintains a clean and organized work area
Performs any other functions and responsibilities as assigned
Must be trained and familiar with general safety
Must be trained and familiar with Quality System Awareness
Must be verified by supervisor and be signed off on procedures needed to fulfill job requirements within 2 months of hire
Qualification
Required

Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment preferred
Experience with maintenance/mechanical systems preferred
