Responsibilities
Actively make warm outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling specific products or services
Employ warm calling techniques to create customer relationships, enhancing engagement and satisfaction
Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve any issues to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service
Apply sales techniques to effectively negotiate and close deals
Work alongside team members to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives
Qualification
Required
Preferably with a background in call center operations, customer service, or sales
English required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of outbound and warm calling techniques, along with a grasp of fundamental sales principles and strategies
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Preferred
Sales experience is an advantage but not required
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
