They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, manage website operations, and coordinate various marketing channels to optimize performance and drive growth.

Responsibilities
Own timelines for all launches, drops, events, influencer pushes, and campaigns
Coordinate between Marketing agencies, PR agency, and internal team
Ensure all deliverables move from concept → approval → launch → reporting
Maintain Slack and Figma approval flow compliance
Run weekly cross-agency execution check-ins
Own Shopify updates, landing pages, collections, event pages, and conversion flow QA
Coordinate all builds with agency
Validate discounts, banners, copy, and funnels before launches
Ensure UTMs, pixels, and tracking are correct
Oversee all campaign flows, event flows, drops, and launches
Confirm segmentation, routing, discount logic, and timing
Work directly with agency
Monitor performance weekly: open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue
Coordinate creative handoffs between agencies and internal team
Track creative performance trends
Manage campaign documentation and reporting
Flag fatigue, scaling opportunities, and creative drop-offs
Support ShopMy operations and payouts
Maintain creator tracking in Drive
Ensure commission structure accuracy
Assist with Skool community setup and management (future)
Own all event landing pages and email flows
Coordinate QR code logic and validations
Ensure every event captures email and tracks conversion
Handle post-event reporting: signups, sales, ROI
Weekly Shopify performance review
Weekly social and paid summary reporting
Campaign-level ROI tracking
Event ROI tracking
Monthly growth summaries for leadership
Qualification
Required
Shopify (Advanced)
Klaviyo or equivalent Email/SMS platform
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics & UTMs
Influencer/Affiliate platforms (ShopMy preferred)
Figma collaboration
Slack-based team operations
Campaign QA and systems thinking
