Finance Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team of two Finance Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement with strong analytical and business partnering capabilities
Assist GMs to drive operation efficiency and performance improvement
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for site spending, capital, inventory, and operational costs
Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast; provide insights and recommendations to improve results
Consolidate divisional spending and perform detailed product-level cost analysis
Drive blueprint cost initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
Champion automation and transformation projects to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy
Collaborate with operations to track and control departmental budgets, unit rates, scrap, and inventory
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and financial decision-making
Develop business cases for strategic initiatives and capital investments
Act as finance representative at site, ensuring smooth implementation of financial policies and processes
Serve as communication bridge between central finance and site operations
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and analyses
Participate in ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred
5-7 years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry
Experience in leading financial transformation and automation projects
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and financial reporting tools
Strong understanding of budgeting processes and accounting principles
Preferred
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
Experience in multinational manufacturing companies
Exposure to capital budgeting and strategic financial planning
Business case development and project management experience
Ability to manage routine workload and ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision
