Responsibilities
Support assembly operations: Assist with assembling manufactured components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure fit, function, and quality
Rework & repair: Help identify, disassemble, and rework nonconforming parts while following established procedures to meet quality requirements
Process & documentation support: Record assembly and rework activities, maintain organized work areas, and collaborate with quality and production teams to improve efficiency and consistency
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14, 2026)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
Ability to commute to our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week
