Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration

3+ years of experience coordinating trade shows and events, including trade show logistics, booth coordination, shipping, exhibitor portals, and on-site support

1+ year of experience in video production and editing

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a team environment

Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing or editing marketing copy for websites, email campaigns, and social media

Strong attention to detail in managing assets, filenames, and version control

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud

Ability to travel to approximately five events per year
