Software Engineer 5 - Ads Supply
Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, and they are seeking a Software Engineer 5 to join their Ads Supply Engineering team. This role involves creating systems and integrations to expand Netflix's advertising platform while enhancing the ad experience for users and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities
Extensive experience in building integrations with ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs. Familiar with APIs and integration frameworks for connecting with various ad tech platforms
Experience with real-time bidding, OpenRTB, and auction dynamics. Familiar with header bidding and server-side auctions
Experience in facilitating audience onboarding, targeting, creative ingestion, and 3rd party demand activation
Strong understanding of advertising concepts such as publisher policies, frequency caps, sensitive categories, and taxonomy mapping. Practical knowledge of inventory management systems and forecasting methodologies
Familiarity with digital advertising, adtech/martech ecosystems, and regulatory landscape
Collaborated with ad operations to facilitate campaign setup, measurement, targeting, reporting, and meeting advertiser needs. Experienced in troubleshooting integration issues and working with partner engineering teams
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Contributed to an advertising industry technology standard (e.g., VAST, OpenRTB) or participated in an industry consortium effort, working group, etc
Experience working in the CTV space and knowledge of its unique constraints
Qualification
Required
