Responsibilities
Execute Product Readiness Plan - Drive the implementation of readiness activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
Team Member Coordination - Partner with product managers, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to align on launch requirements and timelines
Risk Identification and Mitigation - Proactively identify readiness gaps or risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth product rollout
Documentation and Communication - Maintain clear documentation of readiness activities and communicate status updates to leadership and team members
Training & Enablement - Coordinate with enablement teams to ensure our teams are trained and equipped with necessary resources for product launch
Reporting - Track readiness measurements and provide post-launch analysis to improve future readiness processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or readiness roles
Project management skills with experience in team collaboration
Familiarity with product lifecycle and go-to-market processes
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
