Responsibilities
Complete calculations and analyses related to the hydraulic and process design of water and wastewater infrastructure
Complete field work at water/wastewater treatment plants and collect water samples in streams/rivers
Conduct environmental field investigations and gather data
Work collaboratively and provide accurate data to a team as part of a hands-on learning experience
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with solid written and verbal fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Willingness to complete site visits to water/wastewater treatment plants and collect water samples in streams/rivers
Preferred
Knowledge of ArcGIS, AutoCAD and MS Office is a plus
Interest in learning about water and wastewater treatment process modeling and engineering; interest in learning about watershed management and water quality modeling in waterways
