Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
Work independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth operations across the organization
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Provide weekend coverage as required (Saturday & Sunday)
Work on-site at Reston, VA headquarters for weekdays and remote on weekends
Qualification
Required
1- 2 years of IT experience OR currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree Information Technology or a related field
Experience with a Help Desk technical support team
Hardware experience with Dell and Lenovo
Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 2016 programs; Microsoft Certification preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
