Responsibilities
Collaborate with a cross-functional team on all Industry & Event Marketing initiatives, ranging from major events like Cannes to smaller Tier 2 conferences and Tier 3 Modular Kit offerings
Take full ownership of administrative projects, including:
Vendor coordination
Billing processes (using Zip and Coupa)
Scheduling and internal communications
Attendee logistics
Meeting note-taking and follow-ups
Maintaining and updating event trackers and documents
Provide assistance with project management, timelines, and event task execution to ensure all projects remain on schedule
Be available for weekly 1:1s, team meetings and responsive on slack during working hours
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline
1-2 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating consistent reliability and follow-through
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
A positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to all duties
Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working effectively as an independent contributor
A commitment to providing proactive, clear, consistent, and concise communication to all stakeholders
