Business Analyst
Intuvia Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and implemented effectively.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
Work closely with IT/development teams to design and implement solutions
Develop workflow charts, process maps, and diagrams to enhance business efficiency
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
Support testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or enhancements
Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or similar
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Preferred
Experience with data analysis and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
Industry certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
Experience in [industry name – e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.]
