Responsibilities
Prepare financial summaries and assist with budgeting tools
Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records
Support counselors in providing education on debt management and retirement planning
Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in finance or related field
2+ years of experience in financial services or customer support
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation
Must be certified with one of the following organizations: NACCC, AFCPE, or AFC
Preferred
Experience with financial counseling programs
Knowledge of VA benefits and caregiver support programs
Proficiency in financial software tools
