Responsibilities
Creating and executing global communication strategies that balance program-specific launches with cultural initiatives to drive a cohesive and engaging employee experience
Partnering with People & Culture teams to ensure company values, behaviors, and mindsets are integrated into daily workflows and felt by employees around the world
Serving as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, translating complex initiatives and organizational changes into clear, relevant narratives that resonate at scale
Owning high-impact communication projects from strategy through execution, utilizing a mix of digital platforms and creative storytelling to reach a diverse global audience
Measuring the success of internal campaigns and pivot strategies as needed based on data to continuously improve how we engage and inspire our workforce
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related field
5+ years experience developing internal communications or culture communications, preferably in the technology space; with at least 3+ years experience providing communications guidance to leaders and internal clients
A proven track record of creating communication strategies across multiple channels and creating digital content and activations that drive engagement, get results and align with our brand and voice
Exceptional writing and editing skills, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing a complex workload
Strong collaboration and ability to advise and influence clients in a way that builds trust and confidence
Preferred
Experience guiding organizations through change
Proficiency in using AI tools to improve communication processes and output
