The Executive Producer of Digital News Content will manage and execute content on all digital platforms, ensuring quality and strategic coverage in collaboration with senior news managers.

Responsibilities

Work with the Director of Digital News Content and other senior news managers to plan daily digital strategy and coverage plans
Hands-on management of evolving content on all digital platforms
Work with digital editors to manage and execute breaking news response on all appropriate digital platforms
Execute coverage plans for special coverage assignments
Provide daily quality control on all FOX5 digital platforms, including social media accounts

Required

Candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a newsroom with a particular focus on digital content
Background should include, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in broadcast/digital journalism or the equivalent
Knowledge of AP Style and strong journalism ethics
The ideal candidate should be familiar with: Canva, Meta, X (Twitter), Bluesky, YouTube, TikTok, Social Newsdesk, Linkinbio, Chartbeat, Taboola, Google Analytics, mobile app management, Arc CMS, ENPS, DBI, JVC streaming, OTT platforms, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
