Responsibilities

Lead the global implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, and Timekeeping across operations
Establish and maintain program governance, including budget management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking
Partner closely with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and IT teams across multiple regions
Oversee vendors and system integrators to ensure seamless alignment between Oracle HCM, Kronos/UKG, and ERP platforms
Manage cross-functional, global delivery teams and define sustainable post–go-live support models
Drive consistency, scalability, and operational readiness across all markets

Qualification

Oracle HCM CloudPayroll implementationsProject managementVendor managementPMP certificationAgile certificationScrum certificationKronos/UKG integrationsStakeholder managementLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

7+ years of project or program management experience, including 3+ years leading Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll implementations
Proven success delivering large-scale HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping programs in complex environments
Strong expertise in governance, vendor management, and global delivery models
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a global perspective

Preferred

PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and Kronos/UKG integrations highly valued
