Responsibilities
Ship fast, talk to customers, and build AI-powered features and workflows
Own product surfaces end-to-end — from backend logic and data models to frontend experience and UX details
Partner closely with founders to make product trade-offs and shape what gets built next
Help define engineering culture and grow the team
Qualification
Required
Experience building complex products to hit the ground running
Experience building real products for real customers, not just internal tools, integrations or side projects
Strong product taste
High-energy, opinionated, and fun to work with
Ability to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality
Desire to help build not just a product, but a company and a category-defining business
Visa required but open to O-1 visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates (e.g., top-20 university, publications, or press)
