CSR VA Caregiver - Legal and Financial

Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally
Verify eligibility using VA systems and schedule appointments
Provide general guidance and escalate complex issues as needed
Maintain accurate records and adhere to privacy/security protocols
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
2+ years of customer service or call center experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation
Preferred
Experience working with veterans or in healthcare settings
Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy standards
Multilingual skills are a plus
