Program Assistant, Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Support admissions and academic services
Maintain admissions database and communications
Coordinate webinars, prospective student visits, and fellowship administration
Assist with student onboarding and academic recordkeeping
Update student resources and program websites
Attend meetings and track action items
Coordinate academic events such as orientations, luncheons, capstone presentations, and guest speakers
Manage logistics including catering, budgets, and event materials
Support Supply Chain Management Program (SCM) staff, faculty, and student initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of three years of administrative, office, or related experience
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
Flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend events or travel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience with MIT systems (e.g., Slate, Buy2Pay, Concur)
Familiarity with Google Drive, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in higher education
