Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is located in the famed Deer Valley ski resort, offering luxury accommodations and extensive facilities. The Restaurant Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction through positive interactions.

Welcoming and creating the first impression for dining guests both on the phone and in person

Taking down reservations, providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations

Ensuring guest satisfaction as the final point of contact

Required

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Refined verbal communication skills both on the phone and in person

Knowledge of computers and reservations systems

Flexible schedule to include, mornings, afternoons, evenings, both weekend day and holidays as needed

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours

Must have current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency. Food service and/or other certification as required
