Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of assigned project workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives

Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating risks or issues and prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items

Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and analytics partners

Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met and support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency

Assist in resolving project-related issues and roadblocks, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely solutions

Ensure project activities adhere to Chase’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Leverage experience with data projects to support initiatives related to data quality, integrity, and accessibility as needed
