Responsibilities

Supports the development and execution of an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy aligned with organizational goals
Crafts high-quality, audience-focused communications including leadership messages, intranet content, talking points, video scripts, presentations and campaign materials
Manages and optimizes internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, digital signage, email, town halls)
Builds strong relationships with clinical, research, operational and administrative partners to understand their communication needs
Develops initiatives that foster employee connection, recognition and engagement
Tracks and analyzes communication performance metrics and prepare regular metric reports

Required

Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, communications, or related field required
4 years of experience with internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement required
