Strategic Events Experience Strategy Lead

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for Product Marketing, Product, and Field Marketing leaders, ensuring event strategies align with business priorities and launches
Lead quarterly planning and business reviews with Salesforce product and industry partners across campaigns, field, and product marketing to align priorities and update holistic event plans
Define the strategic presence of Salesforce product and industry solutions across the full event portfolio — from Campground activations to content tracks and ancillary events
Collaborate cross-functionally with Event Operations, Content Strategy and Operations, Event Demand Generation, Enablement and Pipeline Programs teams to deliver integrated experiences
Drive experience innovation by identifying, testing, and scaling emerging priorities or activations
Build and maintain a comprehensive event calendar for Salesforce product and industry solutions
Develop pre-event overviews and post-event recaps highlighting participation, presence, and impact
Partner with global teams to ensure alignment and scalability across international events
Track, analyze, and share event performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Present updates and outcomes to stakeholders, including PMM, Sales, Product, and Strategic Events leadership
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in event marketing and/or experience design and strategy (technology industry a plus)
Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functions
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders and teams
Ability to interpret multiple, competing data points and priorities to provide data-driven decision making
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
Willingness to travel for key global events
