Customer Service Sales Specialist
Brasseur Inc. is a women’s fashion wholesale company with 45 years in the industry, seeking a Customer Service & Sales Specialist who is exceptional with customers and confident on the phone to join our Downtown Los Angeles team. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service, handling calls, processing orders, and supporting sales efforts through proactive customer outreach.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with confidence
Place and process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
Proactively call customers to follow up on orders, confirm details, and maintain relationships
Support sales efforts through consistent customer outreach and upselling when appropriate
Enter customer, order, and inventory data with high attention to detail
Assist with inventory updates and order tracking
Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure a positive experience
Qualification
Required
Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable and motivated to make outbound customer calls daily
Customer-first mindset with a sales-oriented approach
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person office environment
Preferred
Prior experience in clothing, fashion, or wholesale apparel strongly preferred
Someone who is great with people and enjoys building customer relationships
Confident, friendly, and professional on the phone
Self-motivated and proactive
Team player with strong work ethic and follow-through
