Responsibilities
The role will create, maintain, execute and improve vertical-internal BizOps mechanisms, such as goals reviews, monthly business reviews, leadership meetings, budget inspections, HC reporting, and the overall Rhythm of Business cadence
It's also responsible for conducting deep dives, audits, and inspections on internal reports to accurately report, audit, ensure compliance and identify areas for improvements of internal processes including, but not limited to overall budget, individual cost items (e.g. travel & expenses), and headcount (HC)
The role also communicates and educates key stakeholders on business vertical internal policies, guidelines, and ways of working, as well as informing and educating people managers and employees on BizOps processes through regular communications, office hours, and wiki pages
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred
Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
