Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of US regional banks, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment
Identify and communicate investment signals to supplement macro PM strategies
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics impacting the banking sector
Collaborate closely with macro PMs and other research specialists to integrate equity insights into broader portfolio strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in equity research with a strong focus on US regional banks
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to produce high-quality, bottoms-up research
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank is highly desirable
