Mid LevelROI Hospitality is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer for their Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Rhinelander, WI. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the facility's equipment and systems.

Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems
Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment performance
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repairs
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair machinery
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
Experience with industrial electrician work, including high voltage systems
Knowledge of technical sales and customer service principles
Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices, including welding
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to Relocate: Rhinelander, WI 54501: Relocate before starting work (Required)
