HR Generalist III

They are seeking an HR Generalist III with an Employee Relations focus to manage employee relations matters, provide support to managers and employees, and ensure compliance with federal employment laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

Support the Business Partners in serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding HR policies, processes, and best practices that drive employee engagement and productivity
Provide hands-on, day-to-day support to managers and employees by providing coaching and counseling
Provide guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement plans
Support in investigating employee concerns, document findings, and assist in resolution, escalating complex cases to the HR Business Partner
Coach managers on effectively leveraging HCM and other systems to manage their workforce
Conduct and analyze stay and exit interviews to capture trends and risks, escalating urgent concerns appropriately
Stay informed on employment laws, regulations, and proven practices to drive positive business outcomes
Support cyclical HR processes, including performance management, compensation, talent management, and employee engagement
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with government regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, OFCCP, and FAR requirements)
Support HRIS data integrity and reporting
Escalate high-level and/or strategic matters to the relevant Business Partners

Required

Experience in employee relations and managing employee relations matters with a high degree of autonomy and judgement
Knowledge of federal employment laws and internal policies
Ability to provide day-to-day guidance to managers to meet business and contract needs
Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset
Excellent collaboration skills in a fast-paced and transformational environment
Experience in coaching and counseling managers and employees
Ability to conduct and analyze stay and exit interviews
Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and best practices that drive employee engagement and productivity
Experience in supporting cyclical HR processes, including performance management, compensation, talent management, and employee engagement
Ability to maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with government regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, OFCCP, and FAR requirements)
Experience in supporting HRIS data integrity and reporting
