Supply Chain Project Manager

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead the modernization of the NAPA network. This role will manage project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and budget-compliant project deliverables.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the project plans and project management for the opening of new NAPA Distribution Centers. Guides the project team though all project phases, from project initiation through building go lives
Drives project success through organization, effective collaboration, and problem solving
Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including IT, Engineering, Stores, Sales, Category, and Finance to deliver Supply Chain objectives
Manages multiple priorities in a multi-faceted environment with effective communication and thorough follow-through
Facilitate team meetings effectively and deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
Communicate project direction, approach, priorities, events and status to all project resources and stakeholders
Ensures project deliverables are on time and on budget while delivering on the required scope
Mitigate project risks and partner across NAPA to solve issues

Required

Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field (examples, Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management, Engineering)
5 years' project management experience
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and the ability to influence
Strong communication, presentation, and story-telling skills
Good reasoning, conflict-management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software such as MS project, Smartsheet, etc

Preferred

PMP certification preferred
Experience with Lean methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping) and performance improvement initiatives
