Responsibilities

Create end-to-end applications including process models, user interfaces (using Appian’s SAIL language), and business rules
Develop custom Appian plug-ins and Smart Services using Java to extend platform functionality
Design and implement REST/SOAP Web APIs to connect Appian with external enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, or legacy Java applications
Manage Complex Data Types (CDTs), data stores, and relational database integrations (SQL, Oracle, MariaDB)

Qualification

Appian ProficiencyJava ExpertiseDatabase SkillsWeb Technologies

Required

Hands-on experience with Appian objects (Process Models, Sites, Records, Reports) and Appian Certifications (Associate or Senior level)
Strong background in Java/J2EE, including frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and designing database schemas
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON/XML
