Loro Piana is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join their HR team. This internship will expose you to a wide range of HR functions including learning and development, HR policies, DEI initiatives, employee engagement, and talent acquisition, allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects that impact the organization's culture.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating employee handbooks and policy documents
Contribute to the review, development, and communication of HR policies and procedures
Participate in DEI initiatives and projects aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
Facilitate learning & development training sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Update HR SharePoint site content to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and easily accessible to employees
Assist in the planning and organization of employee engagement and internship events
Monitor the HR inbox, forwarding messages to the appropriate team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date company organization charts
Support the HR team in various ad hoc projects, such as conducting research, preparing presentations, and analyzing data
